Frank Ernest Breach was born on 18 October 1883 at Sale, Cheshire.3,2,4 He was the son of James Child Breach and Emma Miller.2
He was recorded as living with his mother and his siblings, James, Leonard, Ida and Charles in the 1891 census at Breadstone Hall, Reddish, Stockport, Cheshire. He was recorded as being 7 years old.. They also had a domestic servant, Margaret.5 His occupation was recorded as being a scholar in the census.5
In about 1906 he apparently visited North America twice, returning to England for just six weeks before heading out again.6,7
Just a year later in March 1907 he apparently returned to North America for another nine months.8,9 Frank Ernest Breach was a farmer in March 1908.10 Frank lived in March 1908 at Grange-over-Sands, Cumberland.10 He was listed, along with Ida Mary Breach, on a passenger list on the 'Baltic' on 15 March 1908 from Liverpool to New York.11,10
Frank Ernest Breach married Robie Evelyn (?) circa 1910.12 Frank Ernest Breach was a grain buyer in July 1915.13
Frank Ernest Breach began military service on Saturday, 3 July 1915 when he enlisted in the 19th Dragoons at Canada at age 31.13 He was a soldier in June 1916.14
He was recorded as head of household in the 1916 census with Robie Evelyn (?) as his spouse at 10026 Saskatchewan Drive, Strathcona, Alberta, Canada. He was 32 years old.14 Frank Ernest Breach was a farmer in January 1919.15 He and Robie Evelyn (?) were found on a passenger list in January 1919 from Vancouver to Seattle, Washington. They were on their way to San Francisco.15 Frank and Robie lived in January 1919 at Edmonton, Alberta.15 Frank Ernest Breach and Robie Evelyn (?) were found on a passenger list on the 'Lakema' on 9 September 1950 from Vancouver to Honolulu, Hawaii.16
Frank and Robie travelled to Liverpool in May 1954 and stayed for nearly four months.8,17
Frank died on 27 January 1966 at Victoria, Canada, at age 82.18
