Lars Andersen Lillehagen was likely born circa 1758 at Stange Parish, Hedmark, Norway.4 He was the son of Anders Eriksen Ottestad and Kari Larsdatter Ottestad.2,3 Lars Andersen Lillehagen was baptised on Sunday, 8 October 1758 at Stange Parish, Hedmark.4,5 He was confirmed on Sunday, 30 April 1775.6 He attested to the validity of Kari Larsdatter Ottestad's will on 15 November 1785. He married Anne Thomesdatter Ottestad, on Friday, 13 November 1789 at Ottestad, Stange Parish, Hedmark, Norway..8,5 Lars and Anne lived in March 1790 at at Petlund farm near the village of Ottestad Stange Parish, Hedmark, Norway.1

On Wednesday, 8 December 1790 Lars buys Lillehagen farm from Hans Jonsen.9

He was recorded as head of household in the 1801 census with Anne Thomesdatter Ottestad as his spouse at at Lillehagen farm near the village of Ottestad Stange Parish, Hedmark, Norway. He was recorded as being 42 years old and living with four daughters aged 11 to just one.10 His occupation was recorded as being a 'schoolkeeper' in the census.10

Lars died in June 1813 at Stange Parish, Hedmark.9,11,12 His body was interred on 10 June 1813 at Stange Parish, Hedmark.11
