Adeline Elizabeth Lewis was born in 1876 at Melbourne.1 She was the daughter of John Thomas Lewis and Matilda Louisa Fooks.1
Adeline Elizabeth Lewis married Mathew Henry George in 1899 at Victoria.2 She presumably lived with her spouse Mathew at 442 Spencer Street, Melbourne, in 1903.2 She presumably lived with her spouse Mathew at Melbourne in 1914.2 She presumably lived with her spouse Mathew at at 'Clifton' McIndoe Parade in the Melbourne suburb of Mordialloc in 1924.2
Adeline died on 17 March 1939 at the Melbourne suburb of Oakleigh.2 Her body was interred at Booroondara General Cemetery on 20 March 1939 at the Melbourne suburb of Kew.2
