Magnus Douglas Nicholson was born circa March 1871 at Oswestry, Shropshire.1 He was the son of Alexander Nicholson and Elizabeth Jones.1
He was recorded as living with his parents and older siblings Edward, Owen, Margaret, Ernest and Elizabeth in the 1871 census at Llynclys Bridge, Llynclys, Shropshire. He was recorded as being just one month old.2
Magnus Douglas Nicholson married Mary (?) circa June 1896 at Bedford, Bedfordshire.1
Magnus died circa September 1941 at Queensland.1
