Elizabeth Jones was born on 8 October 1832 at Oswestry, Shropshire.2,1 She was the daughter of Charles Owen Jones and Margaret Griffiths.1
Elizabeth Jones married Alexander Nicholson, son of Alexander Nicholson and Martha Davies, on Tuesday, 23 October 1855 at West Kirby, Cheshire. They were 23 and 23 respectively.3
Elizabeth Jones was recorded as the spouse of Alexander Nicholson in the 1871 census at Llynclys Bridge, Llynclys, Shropshire. She was recorded as being 38 years old. Also living in the house were six or their children aged 12 years to 1 month old.2
Elizabeth died on 6 September 1879 at Oswestry, Shropshire, at age 46.1
