Frederick Herbert Terry was born circa March 1867 at Bolton-le-Moors, Bolton, Lancashire.1,3 He was the son of Thomas Terry and Ruth Anna Leonard.3

He was recorded as living with his parents, a boarder, two servants and his brothers Thomas, Alfred and Charles in the 1871 census at Lansdown Villa Wilmslow Road. He was recorded as being 4 years old..4 As of circa March 1881, Frederick Herbert Terry was also known as Frederic Hubert.3

He was recorded as living with his parents, a boarder, a servant and his brothers Thomas, Alfred, Charles and Ernest in the 1881 census at Wilmslow Road, Withington, Lancashire. He was recorded as being 14 years old.3

He was recorded as living with his father, his father's second wife, an assistant to his father and his siblings Thomas, Alfred and Ernest in the 1891 census at 87 Wilmslow Road, Withington, Lancashire. He was recorded as being 24 years old.5 His occupation was recorded as being a merchant's clerk in the census.5

He was recorded as living with a farmer and his wife in the 1901 census. He was recorded as being 34 years old.6 His occupation was recorded as being a clerk in an office in the census.6

Frederick emigrated from Liverpool circa September 1901 on the 'Tunisian.7' Frederick arrived at Quebec on 27 September 1901.7
He was a clerk in October 1901.7

Frederick emigrated from Liverpool in 1911 on the 'Laurentic.8' Frederick arrived at Quebec on 15 July 1911.8
He was a music teacher in July 1911.8

Frederick died on 15 February 1928 at Tranguille Sanatorium, Camloups, British Columbia.9

Frederick's will was probated on 24 March 1934. At Manchester to the value of £950 4s. 8d..9
