George Lytton Wright was born on 23 October 1879 at the Adelaide suburb of Woodville.2 He was the son of George Speller Wright J.P. and Emma Elwin Olifent.1 George Lytton Wright was a metallurgist on the South Australian Government's works at Aritunga, in MacDonnell Ranges, South Australia.1
George died on 10 March 1903 at MacDonnell Ranges, South Australia, at age 23 whilst working at the Cyanide Works.1,3
