Jane Fooks was born circa 1811 at Dorset.1 She was the daughter of William Williams Fooks and Jane (?)1 Jane Fooks was baptised at St. Mary's on Tuesday, 5 February 1811 at Melcombe Regis, Weymouth, Dorset.1 Her occupation was recorded as being a woman of independent means in the census.2

She married Rowland Milner, at St. George's on Monday, 15 February 1847 at Camberwell, London..1

Jane died on 11 February 1898 at 28 Darnley Street, in Gravesend, Kent.1
