Margaret Parr Nicholson was born circa 1885 at Liverpool.1 She was the daughter of Malcolm Nicholson and Margaret Parr.1

She was recorded as living with her parents and siblings John, Malcolm, Hubert, William, Thomas and Arthur in the 1891 census at 231 Marsh Lane, Bootle, Liverpool. She was recorded as being 6 years old.3 Her occupation was recorded as being a scholar in the census.1

She was recorded as living with her parents and siblings Hubert, Thomas and Arthur in the 1901 census at Bootle, Liverpool. She was recorded as being 16 years old.4

She was recorded as living with her father, four neices and nephews and siblings John, Arthur and Malcolm in the 1911 census at 116 Whetstone Lane, Birkenhead, Cheshire. She was recorded as being 26 years old.5
