Percy Norman Westbrook was born on 5 August 1872. He was the son of Thomas Westbrook and Fanny Elizabeth Lempriere. He presumably lived with his parents at at Roselle Villa in the Hobart suburb of Bellerive, Tasmania, in June 1881.1 Percy Norman Westbrook attended school in 1884 at The Hutchins School, in Hobart.2
While at school he was a keen rower and in 1889, at the Derwent Rowing Club Regatta in the Representatives Schools Race he stroked the Hutchins four to victory.3 A family gathering.4
Percy Norman Westbrook married Frances (?)5 Percy Norman Westbrook was an auditor for the Tasmanian Audit Office.3 He was an officer of the Tasmanian Treasury.3
Percy may have died in 1930.3
