Eleanor Lydia Wragg was born on 20 July 1883 at Emu Bay, Tasmania.1 She was the daughter of Sydney Harnett Wragg and Eleanor Mary Susan Berjew.1
Eleanor Lydia Wragg married Charles Henry Strahan circa 1905 at Tasmania.1 She presumably lived with her spouse Charles at Burnie, Tasmania, in 1919.1
Eleanor died on 15 July 1964 at age 80.1 Her body was interred at Woronora Presbyterian cemetery at Sutherland.1
