Neale Nicholson was also known as Neil. He was born in 1798 at Ulverston, Lancashire.1 He was the son of Donald Nicholson and Ann Metcalf.1 Neale Nicholson was probably baptised on Sunday, 16 February 1800 at Ulverston, Lancashire.2
He may have attended the wedding of his brother in the marriage of Donald Nicholson and Jane Wetherell in a Church of England ceremony at St. Michael in the Hamlet on Monday, 17 May 1824 at Aigburth, Liverpool. Jane and Donald went on to have some 12 children together, seven of whom lived to adulthood.3 Neale Nicholson was a cabinet maker.1
Neale may have died circa June 1863 at Liverpool Registration District.4
