Douglas Maxwell Nicholson was born circa September 1870 at Chorlton registration district, Manchester.2,1 He was the son of Donald Nicholson and Euphemia Scott Gibb.1
He was recorded as living with his parents, and five of his fathers children from a previous marriage in the 1871 census at 3 Edgar Terrace Hulton Street, Moss Side, Manchester. He was recorded as being just 7 months old.1
Douglas died circa April 1874 at Chorlton registration district, Manchester.3
