Ada Gertrude Trigg was born on 15 October 1864 at 6 Market Street, Devonport, Devon.1,3 She was the daughter of Henry Herbert Trigg and Eliza Playl.1

Her mother died May 1869 at the age of 35. Ada was aged 4 when this happened.

She was recorded as living with her grandmother and her aunt Harriett in the 1871 census at High Street, Chipping Ongar, Essex. She was recorded as being 6 years old.1 In 1881 Ada Gertrude Trigg was living in the household of Walter Coxall.4

Ada Gertrude Trigg married John E. Parks on Friday, 12 February 1904 at Tamworth, Ontario. They were 39 and 41 respectively.5

Ada died on 7 March 1912 at Tamworth, Ontario, at age 47.5
