Sally was born on Friday, 13 June 1788 at Rotherhithe, London.2 She was baptised at St. Mary the Virgin on Sunday, 13 July 1788 at Rotherhithe, London.2,1 She was the daughter of Henry Westbrook and Sarah Taylor.1 She presumably lived with her parents at Lower Queen Street, in Rotherhithe, London, in November 1790.3
Sally died on 16 November 1790 at age 2.3 Her body was interred at St. Mary the Virgin on 17 November 1790 at Rotherhithe, London.3
