Henry was born on Saturday, 7 August 1756 at England.2,1 He was the son of James Westbrook.1 Henry Westbrook was baptised at St. Mary the Virgin on Friday, 27 August 1756 at Rotherhithe, London.1
He married Sarah Taylor, daughter of Daniel Taylor and Hannah (?), at St. John Horsleydown on Monday, 3 April 1780 at Southwark, London..3,4 Henry (and presumably his spouse Sarah) lived in November 1790 at Lower Queen Street, in Rotherhithe, London.5 Henry Westbrook was a caulker in November 1790.5
Henry, aged 38 and Sarah Taylor likely became the parents of Dr. Samuel Westbrook on 13 June 1795 at Rotherhithe, London.6
Henry died before 1827 It is likley that he had died before his wife made her journey to live in Tasmainia.
