Sarah Clissold was born on 11 August 1816 at Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire.1 She was a midwife.1
Sarah Clissold married William Hanks on Wednesday, 7 October 1835 at Horsley, Gloucestershire. They were 19 and 23 respectively.1
Sarah died on 24 July 1900 at Bountiful, Utah, at age 83 by being burned to death in a fire.1 She was buried on 26 July 1900.1
