Albert Chappell was born on 10 April 1874 at 3 Brook Place, Bath.1 He was the son of Edwin Chappell and Harriet Oaten.1 Albert lived at 2 Brook Place, Bath.2
He was recorded as living with his parents and siblings Edwin, William, Elizabeth and Arthur in the 1881 census at Bath.2 Albert lived at Bath.3 He was a grocer's assistant.1,3 He was a tailor at Landsdown Street, Bath.1 He As an adult he contracted polio which left deficiencies in both legs. In his later years h e was employed as a Bath Chair Attendant at the Pump Room/Waters.1
Albert died circa 1948 at Swindon, Wiltshire.1
