Charlotte Holloway was born in 1793.1

She may have married Stephen John Eyles Fooks, son of William Fooks and Ann Williams MacKenzie, on Sunday, 16 June 1816 at Andover, Hampshire..1

In Stephen John Eyles Fooks's will, his wife Charlotte Holloway was named sole executrix and beneficiary by Stephen to handle his estate on 30 March 1831.2

The will of Stephen John Eyles Fooks, in which Charlotte Holloway was named sole executrix and beneficiary was probated on 8 September 1832.2
