Leonard was born in 1789.2 He was the son of (?) Holmes. Sir Leonard Worsely Holmes was the MP for Isle of Wight in 1812 at Isle of Wight.3
Leonard died in January 1825 at Newport, Isle of Wight, at his mother's house of a lingering illness.2,4
