Laura Elaine Belstead was born on 26 June 1909 at Rockhampton, Queensland.1 She was the daughter of Charles Aubrey Belstead and Laura Isobel Westbrook.1 Laura Elaine Belstead was also known as Elaine.3

Laura died on 3 December 1998 at Charters Towers, Queensland, at age 89.1
