Sir Thomas Newenham Deane was born circa 1828 at Cork.2 He was the son of Thomas Deane and Eliza Newenham.2 Sir Thomas Newenham Deane was an architect.1

Sir Thomas Newenham Deane married Henrietta Manly in 1850.3

In 1851 father and son Thomas and Thomas entered into a partnership with Benjamin Woodward.4

Sir Thomas Newenham Deane and Thomas Manly Deane entered into a father-son partnership in 1878.3

Thomas died on 8 November 1899 at Cork.3,2 His body was interred at Dean's Grange at Monkstown.3
