William was born circa 1741 at Ireland.2 He was the son of William Kearns.1

William Kearns married Jane Plaince at St. Paul's on Saturday, 28 November 1767 at Cork, Ireland.2

William Kearns married (?) Prettie on Thursday, 19 April 1787.2 William Kearns was a master builder, house carpenter, architect and 'sworn measurer'. in 1800.2

William died on 7 August 1819 at South Mall, in Cork, Ireland.2
