William Prest was born in 1844 at Liverpool.1 William lived in 1851 at Liverpool.1 He was a fisherman in 1863.1
William Prest married Alice Maria Victoria Fooks, daughter of William Samuel Fooks and Maria Jane Richardson, at Trinity Anglican Church in 1863 at the Melbourne suburb of Sandridge (Port Melbourne).1
William died in 1927 at Port Melbourne.1
