Edward Donald Nicholson was born on 29 March 1861 at Oswestry, Shropshire.1 He was the son of Alexander Nicholson and Elizabeth Jones.1
He was recorded as living with his parents and siblings Elizabeth, Owen, Margaret, Ernest and Magnus in the 1871 census at Llynclys Bridge, Llynclys, Shropshire. He was recorded as being 10 years old.2
Edward Donald Nicholson married Isabel Rudworth circa June 1888 at Oswestry, Shropshire.3
Edward died circa 1933 at South Africa.1
