Laura Louisa Ward was born on 27 August 1880 at Rothwell.1 She was the daughter of William Hill Ward and Sarah Cross.1
Laura Louisa Ward married Edgar Nicholson, son of Walter Wetherell Nicholson and Mary Goodfellow, on Wednesday, 20 September 1905 They were 25 and 34 respectively.1
Laura died on 21 August 1976 at Quebec at age 95.1
