Ann Aylott was born on 24 July 1842 at Stamford Bridge, Fulham, London.1 She was the daughter of Richard Phipps Aylott and Ann Baskerville.1

She was recorded as living with her parents and three younger brothers Samuel, William and Richard in the 1851 census at Wise Lane, West Drayton, Middlesex. She was recorded as being 8 years old.2 Ann Aylott was a scholar.2

Ann died on 5 December 1856 at St. Thomas' Hospital, London, at age 14.1
