Alice Eliza Finer was born circa December 1857 at Great Bentley, Essex.1 She was the daughter of George Finer and Elizabeth Darby.1

She was recorded as living with her parents, a sevant and her sisters Elizabeth, Emily, Rosa and Kate in the 1861 census at 8 Victoria Road, Shoreditch, London. She was recorded as being 3 years old.2 Alice Eliza Finer was a dressmaker in April 1881.3

She was recorded as living with her parents and sisters Rosa and Harriet in the 1881 census at 6 Deddington Terrace Beaumont Road, Leyton, Essex. She was recorded as being 23 years old.4,5

Alice Eliza Finer married James Cleminson circa March 1882 at Hackney, London.6
