Clara Goudge was born in December 1909 at Parkes, New South Wales.2 She was the daughter of Frank P. Goudge and Margaret Ann Olliver.1
Clara Goudge married Donald Ernest Kemp at St. James' Church of England in 1933 at Sydney.1
Clara died on 19 June 1977 at at St. Vincent's private hospital in the Sydney suburb of Darlinghurst at age 67.1 She was buried on 21 June 1977 at at Northern Suburbs crematorium in the Sydney suburb of Chatswood.1
