Caroline Alice Keys was born on 4 January 1857 at North Brisbane.2,1 She was the daughter of Charles Keys and Ann Jane Rodgers.1 As of 1860, Caroline Alice Keys was also known as Carrie.3 She wasliving with her brother Charles William Alexander Keys and his family at at 68 Little Edward Street in the Brisbane suburb of Spring Hill in 1917.4

Caroline died on 30 December 1918 at Brisbane at age 61.5,3 Her body was interred at Toowong cemetery at Brisbane. Plot Portion 2A-Section 5-Plot 13.3
