Herbert was born on Monday, 28 October 1895 at Niagara Falls, Ontario.2

Herbert Laurence Walsh married Rosemary Cecelia Chappell, daughter of William Christopher Chappell and Elizabeth Emma Farthing, at Our Lady of Peace on Wednesday, 7 September 1921 at Niagara Falls, Ontario. They were 25 and 21 respectively.2,3 Herbert Laurence Walsh and Rosemary Cecelia Chappell lived at Niagara Falls, U.S.A. Rose then moved to Fort Myers Beach Florida and then to Orillia, Ontario. USA.3

Herbert died on 26 August 1969 at Canada at age 73.2 His body was interred at Lundy's Lane cemetery at Niagara Falls, Ontario.2
