Charles Patterson Westbrook was born on 25 August 1866. He was the son of Thomas Westbrook and Fanny Elizabeth Lempriere. Charles Patterson Westbrook attended school in 1877 at The Hutchins School, in Hobart.1 He presumably lived with his parents at at Roselle Villa in the Hobart suburb of Bellerive, Tasmania, in June 1881.2 He was an auctioneer.1
Charles died in 1891.
