She was born in 1794 at England.2

She married Dr. James Henry Westbrook, a doctor, son of Henry Westbrook and Sarah Taylor, in a Church of England ceremony at St. George in the East on Thursday, 2 May 1816 at London.. They went on to have 11 children over 19 years.1

Elizabeth and her husband James emigrated with their infant son from England on 25 December 1819 on the 'Saracen.3' After a voyage of 122 days Elizabeth and her husband James arrived at Hobart on 25 April 1820.3
She presumably lived with her spouse James at Collins Street, in Hobart, in 1826.4 She presumably lived with her spouse James at the corner of Murray and Collins streets, in Hobart, in January 1829. in January 1829 he lived on or near Hobart, presumably with his wife and five children.5

Elizabeth died on 10 June 1869 at Liverpool Street, in Hobart.
