Albert John Norwood

Albert was born on Monday, 5 November 1923 at the Melbourne suburb of Collingwood.^1,2 He was the son of George Norwood and Margaret Mary Oaten. He presumably lived with his parents at at 99 Henty Street in the Melbourne suburb of Preston in 1934. Margaret's aging father also lived with them.³ Albert was on active service 1939 to 1948.¹

Albert John Norwood married Norma Mary Hume circa 1945.⁴ Albert John Norwood was a glazier in 1949.⁵

Albert died on 25 December 1999 at Victoria at age 76.² His body was interred at the Melbourne suburb of Carlton.¹
