Edith was born in 1916 at Cobar, New South Wales.1 As of 1916, Edith K. Sutherland was also known as Norma Edith.2 She was the daughter of Joseph James Sutherland and Edith Ellen McMillan. She presumably lived with her parents at Newcastle, New South Wales, in 1919.3 She presumably lived with her parents at the Newcastle suburb of Wickham, New South Wales, in April 1926.4
Edith died in 1971 at the Sydney suburb of St. Leonards.5,6
