Frank was born circa 1885. However, despite his given name he was known to the family, at least, as 'Fob'. At this time his occupation was given as a knitting manufaturer.1

He married Marie Louise Loutit, circa 1910. Frank Bourne Willson was an investor in 1937.2 Frank lived in 1937 at at 8 Birriga Road in the Sydney suburb of Bellevue Hill.2

Frank's son John began military service circa 1941 at Greta Camp, in Greta, New South Wales.3
