Doria Margaret Houghton married Percival Sydney Oaten, son of John Walter Oaten and Georgina Jeffs, at Holy Trinity Church on Monday, 29 December 1919 at Devenport, Auckland, New Zealand. They were 25 and 25 respectively.1
Doria died on 3 September 1955 at Auckland at age 61.1
