Violet Betty Graddage married William Charles Luxton Oaten, son of Francis William Alfred Oaten and Lily Maud Pinnell, on Tuesday, 25 February 1941 at Mountain Ash, Glamorgan. They were 22 and 22 respectively.1
Violet died in June 1990 at Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorgan, at age 71.1
