Campbell Monroe Ross MacKenzie was born on 17 July 1833 at Ardchronie Farm, in Kincardine, Ross-shire, Scotland.1 He was the son of James MacKenzie and Grace Innes.1
Campbell died on 5 February 1900 at Ontario at age 66.1
