Alexander Gibb may have been born circa 1765 at Scotland. He was a gardener in 1789.2

He married Isabel Sim, at Gilcomston Parish Church on Saturday, 12 September 1789 at Gilcomston, Aberdeenshire..2,1

Alexander Gibb was a gardener in May 1796 at Green of Merdeen, Old Machar, Aberdeen.3

Alexander, as the father of the groom, attended the wedding of James and Christian Angus at the house Rev Robert Doig on Thursday, 2 October 1817 at Aberdeen.. Christian and James went on to have six known children together.4,5 Alexander Gibb was a gardener.1,6

Alexander died before February 1860.6,1
