They was recorded as living with their mother in the 1851 census at 32 Canal Street, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. They was recorded as being 8 years old. Although stated as being in Greenock, this place is actually in Paisley Also living in the house was her uncle Andrew Cherry.1
