Edith Margaret Preston married Charles Edward Manthorpe, son of Reverend Charles Manthorpe and Harriet Whitridge Baker, at Glenelg Congregational Church on Tuesday, 20 April 1886 at the Adelaide suburb of Glenelg. They were 24 and 25 respectively.1
