Charles Arthur Mosse Sprigg was born on 8 January 1878 at Hillside House, in Morphett Vale, South Australia.1 He was the son of Charles Mosse Sprigg and Ellen Masters Baker.1

Charles Arthur Mosse Sprigg married Alma Matilda Yate on Tuesday, 22 December 1903 They were 25 and 23 respectively.2 Charles Arthur Mosse Sprigg was the secretary of the Adelaide Electric Light Supply Company from 1914-1938 in 1914.2

Charles died in 1944.2
