Edmund Sharpe was born circa 1813 at Hartshorne, Derbyshire.1 He was the son of William Sharpe.1
He married Charlotte E. (?), circa 1845.1
He was recorded as head of household in the 1851 census with Charlotte E. (?) as his spouse at Swadlincote, Derbyshire. He was recoded as being 38 years old. Also living in the house were his wife, his daughter, his father, a relation of his wife and a servant.1 Edmund Sharpe was a manufacturer of [?].1
Edmund died on 10 January 1893.2
