Helen May Oaten was also known as Nellie Oaten.2 Helen was born in 1881.3,2 She was the daughter of Albert Edward Oaten and Hannah Ackers.2 She presumably lived with her parents at Nicholson Street, in Ballarat, Victoria, in December 1890.4 Her body was interred in 1901 at Boulder, Western Australia.5
Helen May Oaten married Richard Wills at Wesleyan Church on Wednesday, 2 January 1901 at Claremont, Western Australia.2
Helen died on 9 November 1901 at Boulder, Western Australia.2
