Gwen Lloyd was born on 20 October 1922 at the Newcastle suburb of Hillsborough, New South Wales.1 She was the daughter of John Lloyd.1
Gwen Lloyd married George William Hindmarsh at St. Phillips Presbyterian Church - Watt Street on Wednesday, 13 February 1946 at Newcastle, New South Wales. They were 23 and 31 respectively.1
Gwen died on 13 March 2001 at John Hunter Hospital, in Newcastle, New South Wales, at age 78.1
