Henry Sampson Owen married Catherine Cameron, daughter of John Cameron and Agnes Brown, on Wednesday, 6 October 1869 at Avoca, Victoria. They were 20 and 19 respectively.1 Henry Sampson Owen was a witness at the wedding of Edmund Venning and Agnes Brown at Presbyterian Manse on Sunday, 1 June 1873 at Avoca, Victoria.2
Henry died on 7 December 1884 at Glenorchy, Victoria, at age 35.1
