Berry James Lipson was born circa 1816 at England.2 He was the son of Thomas Lipson and Elizabeth Emma Fooks.1
Berry emigrated from England on 20 March 1836 on the Cygnet with her parents and siblings. The Cygnet stoped in Rio de Janeiro for cuddy stores.1,3 Berry arrived at South Australia on 11 September 1836 with her parents and siblings. The family spent 4 months on Kangaroo Island before moving to Port Adelaide on 6th January 1837.1,3
Berry died on 4 November 1872 at Bathurst, New South Wales.2
