Walter James Wade married Maud Martha McKeath at St Agnes' Roman Catholic Church on Sunday, 7 February 1904 at Woodstock, Cape Town. They were 19 and 17 respectively.5 Walter James Wade re-enlisted with Lincolnshire Regiment on 3 October 1912 at Sheffield.5 He was posted to 3rd Bn Lincolnshire Regiment - Private 9446 on 12 October 1912 at Lincoln, Lincolnshire.5 He was posted 1st Bn Lincolnshire Regiment - Private 9446 on 1 November 1912 at Lincoln, Lincolnshire.5 He was promoted to Lance-Corporal on 14 November 1912.5 He was promoted to Corporal on 28 April 1914.5 Walter lived on 12 April 1916 at 72 Sussex Street, Winchester.5 He was Civil Servant on 14 June 1932.5 Walter lived on 14 June 1932 at Swaffham, Norfolk.5
