Dorothy Elizabeth Harden was born on 2 February 1891 at Kapunda, South Australia.1,3 She was the daughter of Joseph Harden and Caroline Elinor Daw.1,2

Dorothy Elizabeth Harden married Wilfred George Darby, son of John Darby and Edith Watson, at St. Bedes Church on Monday, 8 July 1918 at the Adelaide suburb of Semaphore. They were 27 and 30 respectively.1

Dorothy died on 17 May 1957 at the Adelaide suburb of Woodville at age 66.4 She was buried at Cheltenham Cemetery, in Cheltenham, South Australia.4
